Business Development Manager and Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities
◾ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term association.
◾ Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and consistency of business transactions.
◾ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in relevant industries.
◾ Conduct client visits – must be ready to travel and attend tours frequently.
◾ Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
◾ Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions to address concerns.
◾ Contribute to strategy planning and long-term visionary solutions.
◾ Work on customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
🎓 Education: Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business Administration or a relevant field.
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales / CRM / Customer Relationship Management, preferably in Steel, Ferro Alloys, Minerals, or Refractory industries, etc.
👤 Age: Applicants should ideally be within the age range of 30 to 45 years.

Key Responsibilities

◾ Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business operations.
◾ Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
◾ Draft professional emails and communications to ensure clear and effective correspondence with clients and internal teams.
◾ Leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
◾ Coordinate sales and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
◾ Act as a liaison between sales, dispatch, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
◾ Support the development and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
◾ Maintain accurate records and documentation for sales and dispatch processes.

Qualifications

🎓 Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
💼 Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience in sales coordination, dispatch coordination, or related roles.
